French Quarter Auburn Staff

They do it all from replacing your kitchen light, to keeping your mail safe. These are the people that make your home, home.

Niesha Sudduth is the Community Manager at The French Quarter. Originally from Berry, Alabama, she began her career with College Town Communities in 2019 as a Leasing Consultant. After earning her degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood and spending two years teaching, she returned to property management, where her passion for people and community helped her grow into her current role.

Niesha values CTC’s supportive culture, which provides the tools, training, and encouragement for employees to succeed. Outside of work, she enjoys playing piano, fishing, and practicing American Sign Language. Her favorite restaurant is Olive Garden, where she always orders lasagna with salad and breadsticks.

She is a proud dog mom to two Aussiedoodles, Luna and Zuna. Described as creative, energetic, and adaptable, Niesha lives by the reminder to “Be a ray of sunshine.”

Corbett Fowler is a Community Assistant at The French Quarter who brings a unique blend of heart and humor to the team. Originally from Homewood, Alabama, Corbett transitioned from working at dog daycares to the housing industry, a background he credits with helping him "connect people with the best fit for them." Known for being caring, funny, and quick-witted, he is deeply inspired by hardworking people who pursue their passions with intensity.

Outside of work, Corbett relieves stress by playing video games with friends or taking his dog, Opie, for walks. A fan of Pokemen in Hey Day, he rarely passes up a spicy tuna bowl. If given the chance to meet anyone, he’d choose Lady Gaga for her music and the powerful message she stands for. Guided by his own best piece of advice, Corbett encourages others to "never settle for things that are important to you."

Landry Herrick, Community Assistant at The French Quarter, is an Amarillo, Texas native who brings a unique blend of experience to the CTC team. With two years in accounting and two years in food services, Landry uses her versatile background to build a vibrant resident community at the FQ. She thrives on the daily interactions with neighbors and the opportunity to make everyone feel at home.

Outside of her professional role, Landry relieves stress by training for a half marathon and spending time with her two-year-old dog, Lilo. She is fluent in Swahili and aspires to one day master the guitar. When it comes to local favorites, she is a firm believer that Sheila C’s in Auburn serves the best classic cheeseburgers in town.

Baylie Tagudar is a Junior Community Assistant at The French Quarter. She is also junior at Auburn University. Originally from Mobile, Alabama, she truly enjoys being part of the CTC team, primarily because of the friendly, inclusive community and the supportive nature of her colleagues. For Baylie, the most rewarding part of the job is working in an environment where everyone is understanding and welcoming.

To de-stress, Baylie enjoys reading, spending time with friends, or hanging out with her kitten, Lucy Gray. Her favorite treat is a meal at Texas Roadhouse—specifically the rolls and blooming onion—and if she could master any new skill, it would be speaking multiple languages.

Emily Miller, originally from Haleyville, Alabama, is a Community Assistant at The French Quarter with over three years of experience in student housing. A graduate of Auburn University with degrees in Law and Justice and Spanish, she previously served as a Resident Assistant and Conference Assistant for on-campus housing. Emily enjoys helping residents and their guarantors navigate the leasing process, recognizing that a supportive home environment is essential during the transition into college life.

Beyond her professional role, Emily is known for being generous, funny, and patient. She is a dedicated crafter who enjoys embroidery, pottery, and building small furniture, often visiting Hobby Lobby for inspiration. A fluent Spanish speaker, she finds inspiration in the philanthropy and authenticity of Dolly Parton and hopes to one day learn to play the fiddle.

Taylor is a Community Assistant at The French Quarter. Originally from Trussville, Alabama, she joined College Town Communities in September after working in retail and the restaurant industry. Taylor enjoys bonding with her peers and loves the strong sense of community, where each resident’s experience is the focus.

In her free time, she relaxes by playing with her pets, a dachshund mix named Pickle and a leopard gecko named Randall. Music is one of her biggest inspirations, and she lives by the reminder: “Never let the words of others turn you into anyone other than yourself.”

A fun fact about Taylor: although she currently attends Auburn, she was born and raised a Georgia fan — and proudly cheers, “Go Dawgs!”
